2.0 Site Costs
- Site preparation and levelling including machine hire for cut and for concrete slab as designed by the engineer on ground construction
- Concrete pump hire for concrete slab – as per engineers requirement
- An engineered design waffle pod slab (H1 design)
- Under slab Piering and pump hire up to 60 linear metres. Pieringin excess of 60 linear metres would be charged at $85.00 Plus GST per linear metre
- Remove excess Soil from Excavation and Underground Services – up to 4 loads only. Any extra excess soil removed will be charged at $500 Per load + GST
- No allowance has been made for Drop edge beams. If required, then charged at $300 per linear metre plus GST
